Q: What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a custom bracelet, anklet, or necklace sized just for you and welded together. Since the jewelry has no clasp, it remains permanently in place! It’s not something you take off when you go to bed or shower, but it can be removed with scissors if needed.

Q: What if I want it removed?
You can use scissors, wire cutters, or pliers to cut your jewelry. For necklaces, we leave one link un-welded for added safety and ease of removal in case of emergency.

Please notify us and reach out with any concerns or questions you may have.
Q: What if it breaks?
If your jewelry breaks, notify us as soon as possible and let us know how it happened. A $20 fee is required for repairs due to misuse. If the bracelet is severely damaged or stretched from improper use, a larger fee will be charged. Repairs on bracelets from other establishments will incur a $20 fee.
All permanent jewelry and pre-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Permanent jewelry is custom-made specifically for you, and once cut, it cannot be returned.
We offer a 14-day warranty on all our permanent jewelry chains. We provide a FREE re-weld for any jewelry that falls off or is removed within 14 days of purchase.
Broken or lost jewelry will be replaced within the 14-day warranty period. After 14 days, replacements are not offered due to the uncontrollable nature of the wearer’s job or lifestyle.
Q: What if my skin is sensitive to the metal?
If you have metal allergies or have had reactions to jewelry in the past, it’s important to notify us. Skin irritation (such as metal discoloration) can still occur with solid gold products due to extreme sensitivity. We recommend a higher karat gold to reduce the risk of reacting to the alloys in solid gold products. Please note, we cannot offer warranties on skin reactions as this is beyond our control.
Q: How old do you have to be to get one?
Currently, we do not offer permanent bracelets to individuals under the age of 14. Those aged 14-18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Q: What if a group of my friends all wants one at once?
We are happy to accommodate groups! We offer on-site events and parties. Please reach out with your plans, and for groups of more than 4 people, contact us first to confirm studio availability.
Q: Will this affect me going through airport security?
Fine jewelry, such as the chains we use, will not need to be removed when going through TSA security.
Q: Will you add charms to a bracelet I got at another place?
Of course! Please contact us and send photos and details of the jewelry you currently have so we can ensure that the pieces will be cohesive.
Beyond the 14-day warranty, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or discounts to replace lost chains due to the personal nature of the wearer’s lifestyle, job, and other external factors beyond our control. Replacement chain styles are subject to availability.
