Q: What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a custom bracelet, anklet, or necklace sized just for you and welded together. Since it has no clasp, it stays in place—you don’t remove it for sleeping or showering. It can be cut off with scissors if needed.

Q: What if I want it removed?
Your jewelry can be removed using scissors, wire cutters, or pliers. For necklaces, we leave one link un-welded for added safety and easy removal if needed.

Q: What if it breaks?
If your jewelry breaks, contact us as soon as possible and let us know how it happened. Repairs due to misuse are subject to a $20 fee. If the chain is severely damaged or stretched, additional fees may apply. Repairs for jewelry from other establishments are also $20.
All permanent jewelry and pre-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable, as they are custom-made. Once cut, they cannot be returned.
We offer a 14-day warranty on all permanent jewelry chains. If your piece falls off or needs to be removed within 14 days, we provide a free re-weld. Broken or lost jewelry may be replaced within this 14-day period. After 14 days, replacements are not offered due to factors beyond our control.
Q: What if my skin is sensitive to the metal?
If you have metal allergies or sensitivities, please let us know. While we use high-quality materials, reactions can still occur. We recommend higher karat gold to reduce the risk. Please note, we cannot provide warranties for skin reactions.
Q: How old do you have to be?
We do not offer permanent jewelry to individuals under 14. Clients aged 14–18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Q: What if I want to come with friends?
We love group bookings! We offer in-studio and on-site events. For groups of 4 or more, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Q: Will this affect airport security?
No—fine jewelry like our chains does not need to be removed when going through airport security.
Q: Can you add charms to jewelry from another place?
Yes! Please send us photos and details of your current piece so we can ensure everything matches well.

Beyond the 14-day warranty, we do not offer replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost chains, as this depends on individual lifestyle factors. Replacement chain styles are subject to availability.
