Please arrive alone and on time. If you arrive early, wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. No guests are permitted.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. Clients showing signs of illness may be asked to leave and rebook.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive lateness may result in a $50 fee and/or loss of deposit. After a second no-show, the full missed service amount must be paid before rebooking.
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for initial bookings. Every future appointment requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits must be sent within 20 minutes or the appointment may be released. Remaining balances are due at your appointment.
All permanent jewelry and pre-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
We are appointment-only and do not accept walk-ins. We reserve the right to refuse service. Rude or disrespectful behaviour may result in refusal of service and future bookings.
