Please arrive for your appointment alone and promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your vehicle until your designated appointment time. For the safety and hygiene of all, we request that no guests accompany you.
If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. If you experience symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, runny nose, sore throat, or nasal congestion, refrain from attending your appointment. If you have cold symptoms or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, notify us immediately, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Clients showing signs of illness will be respectfully asked to return home.
We maintain a strict policy against tardiness and no-shows. Late arrivals may incur additional fees or result in the cancellation of your appointment. We appreciate a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations; failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of prepaid services or a $50 late fee.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours to secure your spot. Please note that all permanent and pre-made jewelry sales are final and non-refundable.
We operate exclusively by appointment and do not accommodate walk-in clients at this time. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client. Clients exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior will be asked to leave the premises and may be ineligible for future bookings.
