Please arrive to your appointment alone and on time. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your vehicle until your scheduled time. For hygiene and safety reasons, no guests are permitted.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. This includes symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, runny nose, sore throat, or congestion. If you are sick or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, notify us as soon as possible—we will gladly reschedule. Clients showing signs of illness will be asked to return home.
We have a strict late and no-show policy. Late arrivals may result in additional fees or cancellation of your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, a $50 fee or loss of deposit may apply.
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Deposits must be sent within 24 hours to secure your spot.
All permanent jewelry and pre-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
We are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. We reserve the right to refuse service. Any rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and future bookings.
